How Does the Process Work?
As a client, your initial assessment may include personality testing (Eva holds advanced certification in a variety of instruments), 360-degree interviews with colleagues and other techniques to help create an accurate picture of your situation.
After putting an action plan together, Eva works with individuals one-on-one for 3-4 hours a month, both in person and over the phone. A typical assignment lasts for 6-12 months.
As Eva says, “Most clients find that part of the value of this process is commitment — setting aside one hour a week to focus on improvement. We work together on their growth and finding alternatives. I am always 100 percent committed to their success.”

How Does Eva Work?
Using a true grasp of today’s business challenges, plus experience from her current work with corporate clients, Eva acts much like an athletic coach – a trained, experienced and objective observer whose guidance can dramatically change performance and results.
The starting point is meaningful and targeted conversations, using a framework that Eva developed and has used successfully with many other clients. She asks provocative questions, listens with a trained ear for patterns, and then helps clients identify their strengths and weaknesses, compared to the competencies required to be effective in the next stage of their lives.
Eva then helps clients create actionable alternatives to help them accelerate their personal development. Using her rich collection of stories, philosophies and metaphors, she helps people see their world and its possibilities with more clarity. And improve their chances of success.

It’s not like when I was a young executive, with mentors… Leaders tell me all the time, I wish I had more time to work with direct reports, especially since that’s how my success is measured.
